Design:Green–The Online Version

A 1 credit course created for Minneapolis College of Art & Design. Calling all practicing and aspiring design innovators! Created under an Innovation Grant from the U.S. EPA, this course will show you the way toward products that are at once sustainable, innovative, profitable and able to compete in the global marketplace. Intended to serve the needs of designers, marketers, strategists and others involved in sustainable new product development, this instructive and informative course spotlights strategies for using eco-design to trigger highly profitable new products, concepts and business models, and build credibility for your efforts.

National Town Meeting on Demand Response and Smart Grid
The National Town Meeting on Demand Response and Smart Grid is a forum where interested parties gather to share experiences and ideas on demand response and the smart grid and to discuss the current and potential role of demand response in the electricity industry. This year's Meeting will focus on recent developments in Washington as they pertain to demand response and the smart grid.
Jacquelyn Ottman will be participating in a roundtable discussion on "Developing the National Action Plan on Demand Response" on July 13 at 1:30 PM.

National Pest Management Association’s PestWorld 2009
PestWorld is the largest pest management industry event in the world, attracting attendees from all around the world and from every sector in the industry.
